Spice Tour
Visit gardens and farms in the centre of the Island where more than 40 species of banana are grown. You will see and taste the spices, tropical fruits
and medicinal plants of Tanzania. The clove, which made Zanzibar famous, is not a fruit but the dried bud of the clove flower.
Black pepper is a climber, clambering over host bushes and trees of other species, while vanilla is an orchid.
