RUAHA NATIONAL PARK MAP

Mdonya Old River Camp lies in the Western part of the Ruaha National Park.

Flights are available two or three times a day from Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar and from Selous, Arusha and Manyara with Coastal Aviation, to Msembe Airstrip in the Ruaha National Park.



To drive there from Dar es Salaam, you need to take the Dar-Mbeya road and drive
through Morogoro and Mikumi to Iringa. (This part takes about 6-7 hours)
In Iringa go to the top of the hill and at the first roundabout, where the town begins, turn left
and follow signs for Ruaha.
From the Ruaha National Park Gate follow the main road (straight) crossing the bridge over the Great Ruaha, and continue unti you reach a crossing with 2 fake animals (a kudu and a sable) as signboards; there it shows the direction for mdonya (straight), and from there it is always straight until you see a sign pointing right for the camp (after an hour.).
From there it is a few hundreds metres to the camp.
